Heading the Homesfield Team is the brother and sister REALTOR team of Patricia Roos and Tony Pomykala of West USA Realty. Tony has been licensed to sell real estate since May of 2005, while Patricia joined the team shortly thereafter. Prior to dedicating her career to selling luxury homes in Phoenix, Patricia earned a degree in Interior Design and specialized in decorating high end luxury homes in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale. Since sellers almost always want some *proof that you have the ability to purchase a home at their list price before they allow us to schedule a showing of the house, Patricia can safely hold the *document you provide and utilize it for all showings so that you only have to provide it once, no matter how many different luxury properties you want to see, or how many different brokers are handling them.
*Note that the document should not have balances or account numbers on it, but rather only verifiable contact information to your CPA or Financial Manager who can affirm your ability to purchase. No private information should ever be shared.
